Agreement between User and seaside-daisy.com

Welcome to seaside-daisy.com. The seaside-daisy.com website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Seaside Daisy (“Seaside Daisy”). Seaside-daisy.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of seaside-daisy.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully and keep a copy of them for your reference. 

Seaside-daisy.com is an E-Commerce Site. E-commerce is the activity of electronically buying or selling of products or online services or over the Internet. Seaside-daisy.com sells handcrafted beauty products, apparel, and gifts. Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. It is the buyer’s responsibility to read the Product Descriptions carefully prior to purchase, but please do remember that handcrafted is not mass-produced and therefore slight variables in design and color are always possible. 

Privacy

Your use of seaside-disy.com is subject to Seaside Daisy’s Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection Practices. 

Electronic Communications

Visiting seaside-daisy.com or sending emails to Seaside Daisy constitutes electronic communications. By placing an order on seaside-daisy.com you consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email, and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing. 

Your Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer our account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Seaside Daisy is not responsible for any third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of you account. Seaside Daisy and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.

Order Processing Times

Most orders will be made and shipped within 1-2weeks. During busy periods, for custom orders or large orders you will be notified of any delays or if we expect that the processing time will be longer than usual.

Payments

Payments can be made by via PayPal and all major debit and credit card providers. Payment will be debited from your account upon placing your order by Seaside Daisy. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take reasonable care to make our Site secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using PayPal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

We take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

Children Under 18

Seaside Daisy does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use seaside-daisy.com only with the permission of a parent or guardian.  

Refund Policy

We want our customers to be happy, so we will do our best to ensure that you are pleased with your order. If you receive your order and are dissatisfied with the merchandise because it is defective or damaged, you may return the item(s) within 30 business days of receipt.

Complaints

Please note: Seaside Daisy must be notified, via email, of any damages to your order within 48 hours. Time stamped photos of any damage must accompany email Returned items must be returned in original packaging. Please note return postage and packaging is nonrefundable.
